In accordance with Connecticut State Law, SARAH, Inc., KIDSTEPS Early Intervention records for children who received or were evaluated for services with birthdates in 2013 are scheduled to be destroyed on March 1, 2023. In order to maintain confidentiality, these records will be shredded.
Records may be claimed by written request to: SARAH, Inc. KIDSTEPS, 1620 Boston Post Road, Westbrook, CT 06498, or by contacting Mary O’Brien at 203-453-7592 x 100.
Be sure to include the child’s name, date of birth and current contact information, including address and phone number. Records may be claimed by the parent/guardian. Picture identification will be requested as proof of identity.
