SARAH Inc. is a leader in the human services industry for over 60 years. We provide services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental delays. We have one of the largest Birth to Three Early Intervention program in Connecticut serving 50 towns throughout the state. SARAH Inc. also provides in-home, day support, transitional, and employment services to adults ages 21 and older.
Moreover, SARAH Inc. is a 501©3 not for profit organization that qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF program forgives the remaining balance of someone’s Direct Loans after they have made 120 qualifying monthly payments while working full-time for a qualifying employer. Employee Benefits Summary
SARAH Inc. sponsors a comprehensive benefits program. Benefit eligible employees work over 30 hours/week and are able to participate in the health & welfare plans the first of the month following 60 days of hire/move to full time position.

SARAH Inc. contributes a match after the completion of your first year of service if you worked 1,000 hours within that first year of service. If eligible, the match is applied to the first payroll of the month following a year of service.
