We are happy to announce that SARAH Inc. has been selected to be included in the 2023 Essex Savings Bank Community Investment Program again. Every year, Essex Savings Bank demonstrates its strong commitment to the communities they serve. They have been running this program since 1995 and donating up to 10% of their after-tax net income to nonprofit organizations and development initiatives. They support organizations in the following eight towns: Chester, Deep River, Essex, Lyme, Madison, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook.
Customers of Essex Savings Bank can help SARAH Inc. and vote for us! Donations are dispersed to each organization based on the number of votes each organization receives. This program provides funds to allow us to keep providing high-quality support for the individuals we work with.
Voting will begin February 1, 2023, and conclude February 28, 2023.
Here is how you can vote:
- Ballots will list each eligible organization and are available in each of the Bank’s offices, and current customers enrolled in Online Banking may vote online.
- Each Essex Savings Bank customer will be allowed to complete one ballot with up to three votes
- Each organization will receive funds proportional to the number of votes received
