Autism Services Survey
SARAH Inc. is exploring the types of services we can provide to you or your family member who has an autism diagnosis. Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disorder which may cause significant challenges in a person’s life, especially with their social interactions, behavior, and communication. We currently offer a myriad of supports throughout a person’s lifespan that could benefit you and your loved ones, but we want to know if we could do more!
Please take five minutes to complete the survey below. This survey is made up of questions to help us learn what gaps there might be in the services offered in our communities.
