Public Notice:
In accordance to Connecticut State Law, SARAH, Inc., KIDSTEPS Early Intervention records for children who received or were evaluated for services with birthdates in 2007 or 2008 are scheduled to be destroyed on Friday, September 1, 2017. In order to maintain confidentiality these records will be shredded.
Records may be claimed by written request to: SARAH, Inc. KIDSTEPS, 1 Commercial St., Branford, CT 06405 or by contacting Mary O’Brien, at ((203) 453-7592.
Be sure to include the child’s name, date of birth and current contact information, including address and phone number. Records may be claimed by the parent/guardian. Picture identification will be requested as proof of identity.
